Your main responsibilities:

• prejudice-conscious work with children in an inclusive group
• to create pedagogical offers for the group
• dialogue with families, organise parent evenings and family cafés
• pedagogical documentation / working with the Sprachlerntagebuch
• to accompany and support the children from their first day in the Kita to their transition to school
• to foster participation processes with the children and the team
• to nurse and to guide (hygiene)
• active participation in team meetings

Your Profile:

• a degree recognized in Berlin for working in Kitas
• ideally you have experience in working with small children (1-6 years alt)
• you know of the importance of early childhood education for our society
• clear position against discrimination of all sorts
• ability to work with a diverse team and diverse children and families
• you find joy in your work and you have a sense of humour
• willingness to attend additional training on the job
• basic knowledge of German (B2 level)
• you are interested in a long term work relationship

Die GenerationenRaum gGmbH und alle SpielRaum-Kitas freuen sich über ihre neue Kita „SpielRaum Captain Moder“ für 25 Kinder von 1-6 Jahren.

Wir suchen zum Aufbau der Kita und der langfristigen Mitarbeit in einem tollen Team noch:

• Eine:n  BA Sozialpädagog:in oder staatlich anerkannte Erzieher:in oder eine BA Kindheitspädagog:in mit mindestens einjähriger Berufserfahrung und Interesse an der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Kindern und ihren Familien (Voll- oder Teilzeit), gerne mit Interesse an der Fortbildung als Fachkraft für Integration

Schwerpunkte der Arbeit sind (demokratische) Mitbestimmung der Kinder, Engagement im Sozialraum, Nachhaltigkeit, Gesundheitsförderung, Inklusion und der Einsatz gegen Diskriminierung. Bei der Gestaltung pädagogischer Angebote können persönliche Neigungen und Interessen eingebracht werden. Spaß und pädagogische Haltung stehen im Vordergrund.
